BBQ Boxes
Our amazing BBQ boxes are lovingly prepared using quality meats from our fantastic local butcher with delicious fresh and crunchy salads. Our boxes are prepared so all you have to do is cook your meat on the BBQ and plate up your accompanying salads with plates cutlery and napkins included in your Home Farm hamper.

1 x Hereford Premium Dry Aged Rump Beef Steak (Sharing Size)
4 x Italian Butchers Sausages
2 x Garlic, Harissa and Lime Seasoned Corn on the Cob
1 x Green Cabbage and Parmesan Slaw
1 x Herby Pesto Potato Salad with Radish and Sun dried Tomatoes (Contains Nuts)
1 x Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce
Information
BBQ boxes are available after 15.00.
Orders must be made at least three days in advance of your stay. Orders made after this can be rejected and a refund will be issued.
You must specify in the payment page when requested which date you would like your BBQ Box. EG. Saturday 1st June
BBQ boxes will be located in the Gregory’s kitchen fridge located in the barn that is regularly cleaned and temperature monitored. Food must be cooked and consumed within two hours of removing from the fridge. It is your responsibility to cook meat to a proper and safely cooked level.
Food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts are present. Ingredients & Allergen information will be made available and can be requested prior to your stay on request.

Corn On The Cob - corn, sunflower oil, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, lime, garlic powder, dried parsley
Coleslaw - cabbage, red onion, dried parsley, parmessan cheese (milk, egg) mayonnaise (rapeseed oil, egg, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, concentrated lemon, stabiliser xantham gum, mustard oil, paprika extract, calcium disodium), olive oil, salt, pepper
Potato Salad - new potatoes, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, olive oil, spring onion, radish, pumpkin seeds, pesto (lemon, parsley, basil, cashew nuts, cheese, sugar, pine nuts, potato flakes) sun blushed tomato (sunflower oil, tomato, salt, spices, acidity regulator)
Smoked Paprika, Chilli and Garlic Mayonnaise - cumin, Aleppo chilli, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt, mixed dried herbs, mayonnaise (see above)
Carolina Sauce - mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, honey, sugar, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, tomato ketchup (Tomatoes (148g per 100g Tomato Ketchup), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spice and Herb Extracts (contain Celery), Spice), dried parsley, aleppo chilli pepper.
